Once you are a member, you will need to download the Privilee app and login to your account.

We do not offer the option to pause memberships unless you have medical reasons in which you are unable to use your membership. Members should send supporting documentation with any request to pause to our support team.

We do not offer the option to cancel memberships that have been paid for in one upfront payment as we do not offer refunds.

If you are within a contracted monthly plan with a minimum number of monthly recurring payments (i.e. fixed term of 12 months), you may cancel with an early cancellation fee of two months of membership.

Once you have completed your contractual agreement, you can then cancel at any time with no fees.

You can transfer your membership if you are on the annual membership plan, by paying a transfer fee of one month of membership. Please get in touch with our support team for any help.

For the most part, you can use your membership every day of the year.

Some exceptions and exclusion days may apply at certain venues, such as public holidays or when a venue is closed for a private event. These updates will always be clearly communicated within the app.

As a Privilee member, you are free to use your membership as often as you like across our partner pools, beaches and gyms.

Some fitness classes have a limit of one or two classes per week, this will be clearly detailed within the app.

The individual Privilee membership plan is personal to you and cannot be shared with anyone. You can purchase the couple plan if you would like to access with your partner.

Valet parking is complimentary for Privilee members at most of our venues, with only a few exceptions. You will find all details relating to parking under the ‘Entry & access’ section for each venue within the app.

Most Privilee pool and beach venues provide complimentary towels for members to use when they visit. Please check within the app in advance of arrival.

Most gyms have their own personal trainers, therefore you will not be able to personal train other members in any Privilee venues.
