All you need to know about planning your visit

Plan your Privilee in advance

Planning your visit in advance helps venues anticipate and manage capacity so they know who will be at their venues throughout the day.
Privilee spots are released at 8pm every evening for the following day. You will be required to select a venue and an AM or PM slot, based on when you plan to Privilee. When you have selected a venue and time, it will be added to your schedule in the Privilee app. This can be found in “Me” >> “My schedule”.
Access is based on a first come and first served basis. There are some (rare!) occasions when venues reach full capacity and are unable to accept additional guests.
You can visit the Privilee app to explore other venue options, or give us a call on +974 4019 7760 and we are happy to guide you on where to Privilee.
When Members check out or change their plans, spaces are released for other Members to use, please check throughout the day or visit the app to explore other venue options.
Not all venues require advanced planning, many are accessible on a walk-in basis. These venues can be found in your Privilee app.
If you arrive before 2pm, you can stay at the venue as long as you like.
No, if you have a 2pm slot and want to arrive earlier, you need an AM slot - so plan accordingly.
Go to the ‘Me’ >> ‘My schedule’ section of your app and you will see the option to cancel, simply tap ‘cancel’ and you will receive an email to confirm this visit has been cancelled.
Yes, please check out when you have finished Privilee’ing. This helps our partners stay up to date with who is at their venue, and checking out means another Member can take your space.
As often as you like! Your membership gives you unlimited access to all Privilee beach, pool and gym venues. Some fitness classes may have restrictions, this is detailed within your app for all Privilee fitness studios and gyms.
