Inside the studio
At the centre of the space is a single training floor lined with dedicated strength and cardio stations. It's less a traditional gym, more a focused training environment.
Coaches guide every session, while heart rate monitors offer a real-time view of effort throughout the workout.

Strength Endurance

These sessions blend resistance training with elevated heart rates, creating workouts that challenge both muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness in equal measure.
Functional Training
At the heart of the BFT philosophy.
Kettlebells, sleds, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises come together in workouts designed to improve movement, coordination and full-body strength.
Pump
For those who enjoy feeling the work.
A resistance-focused session built around higher repetitions and targeted muscle groups. Expect controlled movements, high volume, and a focus on building strength and muscle definition.
Shred
A little strength. A little cardio.
One of BFT’s most popular formats, Shred combines resistance training and conditioning into a single session designed to keep things moving while supporting both fitness and strength goals.
Balanced
The slower-paced session your training week needs.
Focused on mobility, stability and movement quality, Balanced incorporates core work, breathing techniques and controlled exercises designed to help you move well both inside and outside the studio.

Heart rate monitors are worn throughout every session, giving both coaches and Members a clearer picture of what’s happening beyond the workout itself.
