Privilee Member rates give you preferential prices at venues, including dining, spa treatments and other activities.
The process is very easy, follow these three simple steps:
Tap “Card” on the home screen of your app.
Tap “Redeem”, and you will be prompted to enter a four-digit pin.
Enter the four-digit pin provided by the venue and the total bill amount. This will enable you to view your savings after the Privilee Member rate is applied.
Go to the “Explore” tab on your app, and you will see a list of categories: Pool & beach, Fitness, Kids & Family, Restaurants, Lounges, Activities and Spas. Tap what you would like to see more of and go from there.
Yes. Some venues offer Member rates on select days only, so please check your app before you visit. Generally, there aren’t any restrictions, and if there are, they will be clearly outlined within the app.
Yes, to redeem Privilee Member rates, you need to be connected to the internet.
The Privilee Member must be present at the time of redemption; however, you can bring guests who are entitled to the Member rate, too! The number of guests you can bring will be clearly displayed on the venue card in the app.
This is dependent on the venue; please call ahead to confirm with the venue if they accept Member rates during public holidays.
Privilee Member rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other Member rates, promotions or offers.
