Invite a friend to Privilee and earn one complimentary month for each new Member who signs up for an annual membership.
What is “Refer a Friend”?
As a Privilee Member, you can refer your friends to Privilee. If your friend(s) sign up for an annual membership, you’ll benefit by getting an extra month of Privilee added to your membership. Please note your friend (referee) must never have been a Privilee member before.
How do I do it?
Invite your friends via your Privilee app. Go to “Me” and tap “Refer a friend”. Add your friend’s full name, email address, phone number, and their country of residency - the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman.
Can I refer a friend in another country if I live in Qatar?
Yes! Privilee Members in Qatar can refer friends in UAE, Bahrain, or Oman. Likewise, Members in UAE, Bahrain, or Oman can refer friends in the Qatar.
How many friends can I invite?
There is no limit; refer as many friends to Privilee as you like.
What happens if my friend doesn’t recieve a sign up email?
If your friend hasn’t received the sign-up email, please ask them to check their spam or junk folder just in case it landed there by mistake.
When do I get the complimentary month?
You will receive the complimentary month if your friend signs up for an annual membership.
If you’ve paid for a 1, 4, or 12-month Privilee membership upfront, your expiry date will be extended by one month and added to the end of your current membership period. Those who pay monthly for 4 or 12 months, the free month is applied to your next monthly payment (i.e. your next month is free).
What happens if I refer more than one friend to an annual membership?
You will receive a complimentary month for every friend who joins. Please note you must be an active Privilee member at the time of referral. Referrals made while inactive cannot be honoured.
What happens if I have a couple's membership?
The complimentary month is split equally – you and your partner each get two extra weeks.
**What if I have a split payment plan?
Once all payments are complete, your free month is added at the end of your active membership.
Can I transfer the extra month to someone else?
The additional month is only for the member who has referred their friend and cannot be transferred.
Additional conditions:
If your friend cancels or fails to complete their payment, the complimentary month will not be granted.
Corporate memberships are not eligible for the referral complimentary month.
